My Takeaway from the event "Cloudstaff ROAR Year End Party 2025”


The webinar I attended was “Cloudstaff ROAR Year End Party 2025” organized by Cloudstaff for their year-end party this year, was held on December 6, 2025, at Philippine Arena. With special guest BINI, SpongeCola, and the Manila Philharmonic.  


From the event, I learned how important organizing, from our large event like this, it will take a lot of time for planning and prepping. From guest list, event flow to ticket selling/distribution. The event was smooth, and we got to enjoy and take a seat, which was good, as we were also not early, but I would like to say the artists who performed were great, and props to Yael Yuzon he is great at communicating with the audience and hyping up the crowd, especially when they are resting after the performance, to minimize the dead air. 


Lastly, my biggest takeaway from this event is the importance of appreciating and celebrating a milestone like this to the Cloudstaff company, where they gather their employees plus their families and others to really unite and show the local artist talents.

My Takeaway from the webinar entitled “Introduction to IT Acquisition”

The webinar I attended was “Introduction to IT Acquisition,” held on September 3,2025, and facilitated by the Information Technology Development Center (ITDC) with guest speaker Engr. Medel E. Aligan , a GPPB-recognized trainer. The session focused on the legal foundations, procurement strategies, challenges, and sustainable practices in ICT acquisition in the Philippines. The seminar was very informative; I got to learn about Republic Act 12009 and why it is important when creating software or a system. But for me the major takeaway from this seminar is the whole process for planning and the decision-making. Making the process efficient and cost-effective.

My Takeaway from the online course entitled “Introduction to Visual Graphic Design”

The online course I completed was entitled “Introduction to Visual Graphic Design” and was conducted under the TESDA Online Program through the National Institute for Technical Education and Skills Development (NITESD) . The online course focuses on developing skills in creating visual designs using design principles and digital tools while applying quality standards, workplace professionalism, and knowledge of laws relevant to the ICT sector.   There are a lot of courses available under Visual Graphic Design III, but I chose to enroll in "Introduction to Visual Graphic Design" because it will help me the most right now, especially with my program, BSEMC. I am aware of other topics in this course but it's nice to remember and deepen my understanding of the principles and fundamentals.
