There are a lot of law that talked about, besides (RA 10175) Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, there are also RA 995 Anti-Photo & Video, and RA 9262 Violence Against Women & Their Children etc. The speaker also shares a previously investigated cybercrime case involving threats made to students by delaying payments on online lending apps. Also, recording and posting of an individual's details on social media without their consent. Social issues that are related to cybercrime from selling GCash accounts, smishing and phishing emails. Furthermore, she talked about the consequences of irresponsible use of social media and the five social networking tips to prevent cybercrime.

From the topic, I learned a lot about the law, particularly the Cybercrime Prevention Act. I also gained awareness of data risks and prevention tips. My biggest takeaway from this seminar is to be careful about what you click and share.
